Framesi was established by Roberto Franchina and his friends Messa and Sironi (Fra-Me-Si) to produce talcum powder and brilliantine.


1945年,Roberto Franchina偕同兩位合夥人MessaSironi共同創立了公司,並分別取用他們三人姓的部份音節(FRA-ME-Si)做為公司名稱,成立Framesi,並開始調配生產、製造及銷售洗髮乳和潤髮乳。

Roberto Franchina took over the whole ownership of the company and launched the first professional hair products line, along with colognes and perfumes.  As a forerunner Framesi launched the very first hair-colour palette entirelyMade in Italywhich immediately became the star product of the company. 


Roberto Franchina 接管了該公司的全部股權,並推出了首款專業美髮產品線,伴隨著古龍水和香水的香氣。作為一個先行者Framesi推出的第一支色調的染髮劑,完全是“義大利製造”,這立即成為公司的明星產品。

Framesi consolidated its commitment to the professional hairstyling world putting on stage -with shows and events- talent and artistry of its partners.

Framesi moved its headquarter to a bigger location in the old Milan industrial district. Thanks to the increased production capacity Franchina set up his own national sales network covering the entire italian territory.


Framesi公司品牌不斷成長,生產量增加,總部廠房移置米蘭的工業區內。Franchina總裁成立全國銷售網絡覆蓋整個義大利境內。

The company took part in the Fiera Campionaria in Milan, the only and most prestigious Italian exhibition showcasing the best of the international products in the market. 


Framesi於米蘭參加由Fiera Campionaria所主辦最負盛名的義大利展覽,展示公司國際專業產品系列。

Framesi landed in Canada starting  its international distribution network. 


Framesi 開始成功拓點於加拿大展開國際銷售網絡。

Framesi moved to the new, more modern Paderno Dugnano facility which also housed the new internal Research Laboratory. The first product to be exported to the USA was a cream colour. 


Framesi總部搬遷到具現代化的Paderno Dugnano,另增設了新的研發中心,推動早期染髮產品的研究發展,同時外銷到美國的第一項產品-染膏乳劑。

Italian Style Framesi, the first company hairstyle team, was born. Its mission is to interpret global trends and create hair fashion collections promoting a sophisticated total look with an italian touch.  Commercial borders expanded reaching Turkey which obtained the first distribution licence.


成立第一個Framesi義大利風格髮型團隊,致力於實踐髮型時尚全球趨勢,創造義式髮妝Total Look藝術潮流。商業面擴大達到土耳其。

Framesi chose Cosmoprof to present its first Italian Style hair fashion collection. This was to become the first appointment in a rich calendar of prestigious international events.

首次 Framesi 義大利風格團隊參與久負盛名及具有領導地位的Cosmoprof國際展示會,舉辦大型髮型秀及新產品發表,提升國際能見度。

The company formulated  Futura 80, the first colour line with the exclusive1:2 dilution, delicate on hair, but with intense nuances.


公司發表Futura染膏,運用12調配,表現出精緻細膩的髮色。

The Paderno Dugnano facility was expanded to 12,000 sq m ; new machinery was installed to increase production and also the Research and Quality Control department was enlarged.


集團Dugnano工廠擴大到12,000 平方米;增設升級新機器與配備,以提高生產量,更匯集了業界的研發精神,提升研究和品質控制的效益。

In the wake of the bright Milan fashion lights, Framesi created the “Fashion Show”. Discotheques, trade fairs and theatres hosted popular celebrities to present the new Italian Style proposals for the season to the more cutting edge hairstylists.


透過亮麗米蘭時裝鎂光燈下,Framesi創立“髮型時裝秀”。選擇在Disco舞廳、展覽會和劇院舉辦流行髮型秀,透過名人代言呈現新義大利風格。

Important collaboration with Scientific Institutes in the USA  and Italian Universities supported processing the latest generation formulas and performing rigorous quality testing.


Framesi 與美國科研院和義大利大學合作,研發最新一代的配方公式和執行嚴格的品質檢測。

A second company hair style team, Italian Style Energy, started its activity focusing on the needs of a glam client target. This new team joins Italian Style Framesi on multi-disciplinary research to create an easy-to-wear collection inspired by young generation trends.


Frmaesi與設計師密切合作的眾多人員,成立第二髮型團隊,義大利活力風格,主要對象華麗客戶。新的團隊加入義大利風格加各趨勢的創意研發,建立屬於年輕一代舒適輕便的風格。

Framesi completed its offerings with services targeted to the success of the hairstylist: furnishing and professional outfits, consultancy and tailor-made projects, ad hoc campaigns and promotions supported a consistent number of hair salon owners in their development.


Framesi 提供完整產品與服務定位,讓成功的髮型設計師對於整體造型、諮詢及量身訂製的項目具有專業度,幫助增加沙龍業績的成長。

Partner Club Italian Style hair salon affiliation program was born to identify - in Italy - the top Framesi hair stylists.   


義大利風格美髮沙龍聯盟計劃誕生-代表最頂尖的髮型設計師。

The first full range of high performing styling and finishing products line named BYwas unveiled.


Framesi發表具高效能的BY造型產品系列,易於操作好上手。

Formulated in partner ship with the Framesi USA R&D department Framesi launched OPTIONS, an innovative conditioning line for the specific needs of different hair types.


Framesi與美國RD部門制定合作,推出創新易於調理髮質的OPTIONS專業洗護系列。

Framesi celebrated its 60th anniversary opening up its Congress to International participation for the very first time inviting stylists from all over the world. In the same year Framesi organized the last memorable edition of its traditional Fashion Show in Milan.


Framesi 慶祝成立60週年,邀請自世界各地的美髮設計師一起參與年度盛事。與同時在米蘭舉辦的髮型時裝秀讓各國留下一個難忘的回憶。

A collaboration with Milan Polytechnic University led to the launch of MORPHOSIS, the innovative Framesi haircare line. In the same year Framesi introduced FRAMCOLOR ECLECTIC, the ammonia free colour line that became immediately a bestseller.


與米蘭理工大學合作,研發媚渥新頭皮SPA系列,根據不同頭皮狀況,選用適合療護產品。同年發表ECLECTIC半永久性染膏,立即成為暢銷產品。

Attentive to the needs of any target, destined to young and trendy consumers, Framesi designed I.DENTITY a specific finishing and styling product line to complement the already existing BYand Proxen line.


Framesi鎖定年輕時尚的消費族群研發I.DENTITY造型線,兼具時尚包裝產品及同時將BY.蜂膠系列產品,改變包裝並增添新成份重新上市。

The colour offer from Framesi became richer with the launch of FRAMCOLOR GLAMOUR, an easy-to-use line designed for professional colourists looking for a simple, versatile and creative prêt-à-porter colour.  


Framesi 總公司推GLAMOUR迷漾染膏,為髮色增添更豐富的色彩,髮型設計師易於操作、使用容易,靈活創造出專屬髮色。

The product range was expanded and the USA market fell in love with the Framesi new entries. COLOR LOVER line products became a must have for millions of consumers.


Framesi因為產品品項增加和銷售範圍擴大及美國經濟下跌,因應市場順勢推出新COLOR LOVER系列產品,成為眾多消費者的新寵,親民的洗護產品。

Collaboration with Milan Polytechnic University designers continued and MORPHOSIS changed its look and formulas. That same year Framesi acquired exclusive licence for the distribution of the prestigious japanese salon furniture brand TAKARA BELMONT.


與米蘭理工大學合作設計更新MORPHOSIS媚力頭皮系列包裝及配方。同年Framesi獲得日本著名美髮家具品牌TAKARA BELMONT獨家授權榮譽。

FAST FASHION STYLINGis the new claim designed for the brand-new BY line combining the existing BY and I.DENTITY lines into a more comprehensive and enhanced concept and formula. Framesi celebrated its 70th anniversary opening up its Congress to International participation for the stylists from all over the world. 


“時髦快速造型“是現代主流,融合BYI.D,成為最新、更全方位的造型系列。Framesi 慶祝成立70週年,邀請自世界各地的美髮設計師一同參與年度盛事。
